About the Role:

Citigroup is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join its Bengaluru team. This is a developing professional role where you’ll be using data analysis, policy formulation, and process evaluation to help shape business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across functions, translate data into actionable insights, and contribute to strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather operational data from multiple stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights for business planning, process improvements, and solution assessments.
• Recommend strategic actions and policy enhancements for future growth.
• Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, as well as qualitative research.
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to improve targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Clearly communicate findings to business partners and senior leaders.
• Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build, implement, and track decision strategies.
• Ensure all work adheres to compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.

Requirements:
